Many Seizures, a TIA, resting

Didn't recognize Linda for a while, better now. Three Grand Mals last night. Mini stroke while napping this afternoon. Resting.

It must have been scary for both of you that you didn't recognise Linda. I think that is a first in all of this and I am sorry.

I hope you (both) feel better soon.

Oh my...

I hope the rest does you good.

I just want to hug you to bits and squeeze all the illness and awfulness right out of you.

I wish I could take away all your pain and problems...

Huge hug to you and Linda

Take care of your self and rest out well!

Nice illustration. Now, what can I do to get you as all plump and relaxed as the girl in the picture? Since your mom isn't taking advantage of this brilliant opportunity to hover and fret and put food in front of you (hey, she never took that opportunity, did she? I dock her a million mom points), I guess I will just have to do it.

Oh, I didn't say last time how proud I am of Linda's mom. Linda's mom, you are a first rate woman!

Yes Sis, rest lots. It is a good day to watch anime or videos and take an extra nap.

You and Linda are both in my thoughts.

Aw shit. What a crappy weekend (month?) you've had.

Rest up. Hope it helps.

Sorry that you're feeling so crappy. I wish things would improve for you, and stay improved for a while.

If you look like that image while you try to nap, you probably won't get much rest.

Love and hugs to both of you, and positive thoughts for enlightenment of managers everywhere,
Neil

I hope that your rest is suitably restful. Hell, I hope it's a magic restorative rest of joy, with squirrels and furry bras.

Thank you for updating us!

Gentle hugs.

Good, glad to hear you're resting.

Particularly if you are wearing that corset and lying like that... :P Somehow that doesn't look restful to me though!

Oh, very scary. Hope your resting does you much good. Hugs for you and Linda too.

My middle son is in the bath at midnight; I have to get up in 7 hours, and I am oing to be very jealous tomorrow of the rest you had today. Assuming you rested. "Rest" does NOT equal doing only 37 postcards, dear.

Love you, hugs to both and Maggie and Cheryl, and, well, EVERYONE here!

So sorry things have gone boom so often lately. I'm thinking of you lots. The image is what a nap should look like, yes? If only...

Hoping the rest helps, and wishing you a less eventful tomorrow (or at least *good* events). Central PA (USA) got our first snow that stuck today. I am excited, but scared of all the people who forget annually how to drive in the wet snow. Much love!

I do hope it's all helping somewhere somehow...

Anyone would think you were going for records of endurance of seizures or something. Or is that part of the grand master plan?

whoops that was me making the comment about grand master plan of seizures, i must remember to check i am not logged in on the work email first! sorry.

Janeb: will try, but just did another post, that's resting right?

Phoebe: thanks, Joan, I hope your trip is going great, I am thinking of you...mostly in envy, but thinking of you!

Wendryn: Hugs back, tell your boss he has a card a coming!

Onesick: It isn't the first apparently but the second or so. Or third, but yeah, I think each time we wonder, after, how many days will eventually become like that? Linda is torn between crying and laughing, becuase some deductions I make are sort of not exactly correct but sorta (today I called her "Leader").

Drake: Take care of yourself, I am glad the postcard arrived so I have sent something else in hopes that it arrive and produces some joy to you.

I will try to take it easy (well, no I won't, I have testing tomorrow and next week as well). Large hug for Linda - check!

Yanub: No, my mother did care a great deal about what I put in my mouth so much my room was searched for food and at camp, I got hypothermia swimming due to abnormally low body fat - hahaha!

Linda's mom is first rate!

Cheryl: I slept in bed starting at 4:30 - AND I watched anime with Linda!

Lene: the rain comes before the rainbow right, or was that before the storm, I forget?

Neil: I hope things are good for you and yours, and yeah, if I spent that much time dressing, I am not rested. But it is the thought that counts, right?

Abi: thanks, in good or bad, I will try to be here, with or without computer! Anyway, on to the furry bras!

Veralidaine: thanks, I needed that.

Stephanie: thank you, I appreciate that.

Tammy: Thanks, I will try to keep an eye on Linda and hope she rests too

Anna: No, no bugs, only plushy bears in bed, and they don't bite!

Thea: Actually corsets can be very restful! I have slept in one.

Olivia: I seem to have less seizures today so I think it does help.

Maggie: thanks, I will try and take it easy....for a while.

Raccoon: I am on the job and Linda WILL be taken care of - me, well, what a bit more damage on this model?

Donimo: Yeah, if only resting looked that good - but there was no way I was posting bed hair.

Denise: well, snow is kind of pretty until people start driving in it, then it is horrid, and when you have a wheelchair - yuck! Thinking of YOU.

Mark: I hope it helps, that was the plan, I think. No, actually, I know people who have many, many more seizures a day than me, there is no way I would even WANT to break a record, but now I get why people have 1/4 of thier brain removed to stop having grand mals or other seizures 20, 30, 40 times a day or more.

Denise: So far, we've had two snowfalls that didn't stick around. But in Saskatchewan, the drivers forget how to drive in snow every time it snows. EVERY blizzard ends with cars in the wrong places, and drivers trying to disobey the laws of physics.

Meanwhile, people in wheelchairs HAVE to disobey the laws of physics in winter here. The curb cuts don't get cleared properly, the ploughs leave a three-foot high windrow covering the sidewalks... And the push-to-walk buttons at intersections are as much as two metres away from accessibility, buried in snow and behind the windrows - completely impossible to activate, even if they work.

Yeah, winter's great - when it's over.

Cheers,
Neil
